Be careful on the charities to donate to because there are a lots of fraud these days. Life to a large extent is about giving. However we have been brought up in a capitalist system that encourages you to gain as much as you can for yourself. The term that money can’t buy happiness is half correct, it can to large degree. If you make a lot of money and share it among your friends, family and people that need it then it really buys more than just happiness. It creates happiness for more people and not just for you. Spreading and spending your money is the best way to go. Share it with as much people as you can.
The most important way to share your money is buy donating to a charity. This way you know that it will be spent well and towards a good cause. There are so many charities in Australia and it is making it hard to decide on which one needs more help. Yes they all need help but many are already well equipped and have so much to offer the people that are staying there. It is nice to help one that really is battling because that makes the world of a difference.
To do this really think about how your donation is going to help them, you need to consider what you want to focus on. When deciding on an International charity you need to have a plan on what your money is going to be spent on, what they need and what they want. You do not want them to be using your money to pay for admin work etc. You want it to be constructive and have the majority of it to be directly used on equipment, foods, medication etc.
It is important to work out what area of charity you want to focus on like children, animals, environmental charities etc. If it is for animals then you can choose to spend your money on helping them buy larger property, for the animal’s food, blankets, bowls, medication and so much more. There is no right or wrong choice because it is your money and it is going toward something meaningful.
You can even ask them what current projects they are working on and put it into that. International charities are a blessing because you are able to help the environment and animals. Not just helping people but preserving our nature as well. There is such a variety for you as the donator to choose from. Just make sure that it is beneficial and that they really are doing amazing things for the charity that they are dedicating their lives too.
